Cow Elk Hunts

Utah Elk Hunting from December 1st 2026 - January 31st 2027

We are now booking 2026 and 2027 cow elk hunts. All cow elk hunts are three days unless otherwise listed. License and tag is guaranteed through landowner vouchers. Hunts take place *Monday - Wednesday and Thursday - Saturday. Cow elk hunts are a great way to introduce someone to elk hunting, or an exciting, fun way to fill the freezer with excellent organic meat for even the seasoned elk hunter.

Hunts takes place within 10 minutes of Logan, UT. Hunters stay in a motel in Logan, and meet their guide each morning for the hunt. This hunt has a 100% shooting opportunity, and the elk will be there from November through March. This is not an easy physical hunt out of a truck, and can be one of the most physically challenging hunts I offer. We often have a steep hike in snow to reach the elk. Hunters should bring a meat pack and plan on packing the elk out. Hunters who can shoot well, and are in good physical condition usually harvest their elk the first morning. Cost of this hunt is $3000 plus license and tag costs of $769.
